1. we make a design of a 2-spraybooth coating line: loading-flame treatment-ionization-primer coat booth-flashoff-topcoat spraybooth-UV flashoff-UV preheating-UV oven-cooling and unloading-metalising. According to this design, after metalising, you have to take the metalised lamp to the initial loading area and repeat the previous process (only stop the flame treatment booth, primer coat booth). In this way, the conveyor will run without any work so some of the electricity energy will lose because the whole process is not continuous. But this design will save your buying cost.
You can see the device in this design is: conveyor-1, flame booth-1, ionization booth-1, spray booth-2, flashoff section-2, IR oven preheating-1, UV oven-1, metalising plant-1 (and also air shower and AHU)
2. we make a deisign of a 3-spraybooth coating line: loading-flame treatment-ionization-primer coat booth-flashoff-topcoat spraybooth-UV flashoff-UV preheating-UV oven-cooling and unloading-metalising-loading-ionization-topcoat spraybooth-UV flashoff-UV preheating-UV oven-cooling, unloading and packing. In this design, the whole process is continuous, different for that 2-spraybooth line. You can see, in this design, the device is: conveyor-1(longer), flame booth-1, ionization booth-2, spraybooth-3, flashoff section-3, IR oven preheating-2, UV oven-2 (air shower and AHU extra). Thus, according to this design, your buying cost will be more (almost double price of the first design) but running cost will be saved.
